Simple Yet Delicious Breakfast....


Simple Yet Delicious Breakfast 

(21 Day Fix Approved!!)

1 Egg
1 Pieces Turkey Bacon
Spinach
Mozzarella
Fruit

1. Scramble the egg
2. Steam or cook the spinach - I made enough to fill up one Green
3. Cook your Turkey Bacon until it's done the way you want it to be done
4. When egg is done, add the spinach and mix gently
5. Place Turkey Bacon and Eggs and Fruit onto plate and sprinkle Mozzarella on top of the eggs

Real easy and simple, but pretty good and filling :)

Homemade Mayonaise....


This is the easiest homemade Mayonnaise I've ever mad (well it's the only one I've ever made, but still - so stinking EASY!!)

Homemade Whole Wheat Tortilla Chips and Salsa....


HOMEMADE WHOLE WHEAT TORTILLA CHIPS AND SALSA 

(21 DAY FIX APPROVED!!)

1 Whole Wheat Tortilla
1 tsp Olive Oil (or more - your preference)
Salsa
Sea Salt
Pepper
Cutting Board
Wax Paper
Cookie Sheet

1. Place one Whole Wheat Tortilla on a cutting board
2. Brush both sides with the Olive Oil
3. Sprinkle both sides with a bit of Sea Salt and Pepper
4. Cut Tortilla into desired amounts of pieces. I cut it like a pizza and got 8 pieces
5. Put wax paper onto a cookie sheet, and spray with olive oil spray (or whatever spray you have on hand. Don't go out and buy special spray if you don't have it, LOL)
6. Lay pieces onto the sprayed wax paper in a single layer
7. Put them into the oven at 350 F for 11 - 15 min (this depends on your oven, mine was 11 min), turning them over half way through - just watch them so they don't burn (yes I experienced this the first time I experimented!!)
